Kyova Communications Services Agreement

By accessing and using Kyova Communications services, including our PBX, virtual assistant, and virtual call answering services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Kyova Communications provides cloud-based communication services including but not limited to:

  • Hosted PBX (Private Branch Exchange) systems
  • Virtual assistant services
  • Virtual call answering services
  • Business phone system management

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, Kyova Communications does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
